Shipping and Order Processing​

Items shall be shipped within 1-5 business days.

NOTICE :
All deliveries may be slightly delayed due to the current Covid-19 safety and social distancing measures implemented during this period.
Local Orders:

We deliver within Singapore via Ninjavan and SmartPac (Singapore Post).

Orders are expected to be received within 2-4 working days after shipment. 

If your order does not arrive after 6 working days from date of purchase, please contact us via Whatsapp and we will assist you further.

International Orders:

We deliver to almost all countries worldwide via DHL.

Orders are expected to be received within 2-5 working days after shipment subjected to individual countries and custom clearance.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • We accept Paypal and  Credit Cards via Stripe
  • We also accept orders via messages thru Whatsapp within Singapore. Whatsapp +65 8030 8893 to arrange for the payment, time and date and indicate the item/s you want to order. *PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on web are not eligible for self-collection and Whatsapp order.
Local Orders:

For orders within Singapore, a flat rate of $4.00 SGD is applied.

*Orders above $80.00 SGD are free of shipping fee. 

International Orders:

Shipping fees varies per country and will be calculated at checkout.

Option is provided upon checkout to ship to a different address other than the billing address.

However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them.

Please note, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns.

101mode.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. If any exceptions are made by 101 Mode, customer will be responsible for return shipping fee.
